1- How is the current situation affecting your life and work?  With the social isolation, I had to reinvent ways of remaining close to my family and friends. At work, with the support of our company and the necessary tools, the change of our routines happened very smoothly.

The important is remaining safe and active.

2- Where is your workspace at home? Was it easy to change your workstyle to your home environment?

At home, I chose the dining table at my living room, since it is the wider space of the house and with more daylight.

Establishing daily goals and keeping the same schedules as the office helped me keep focus on the work. Also, the contact with my co-workers while exchanging ideas is fundamental to keep us encouraged while in isolation.

3- Name one good thing about teleworking and one bad.

I believe that this way of working boosts the level of responsibility and the organization methods. The bad part is the isolation, however technology is very helpful in times like these.

4- Which piece from Paulo Antunes or ALGA would you ask Santa for your home?

I would choose the excellence of comfort so I could be at home relaxed. – the Galeo sofa.

5- Do you have any suggestions for other professionals struggling with this situation?

I think it’s important to look at difficulties as growth opportunities. This pandemic situation is something that is out of our control so I think we should keep our focus on things we can change and face the changes in a positive way.

That we all step out of this situation more resilient.
