Sustainability
Our company is committed with the investment on renewable sources of energies, resources management and their consumption optimisation. Paulo Antunes has installed renewable energy systems, which allow the company to be independent from other polluting sources. All the energy is captured by the panels installed at the factory.
Activities like tree planting and waste disposal are common practices in our company, helping to reduce the ecological footprints caused by our industry activity.
Fair trade and locally

We tend to source and buy all our raw materials locally. All our suppliers are compliant with sustainable practices and fair labour conditions.
Social and Integration Responsibility
Aiming to promote the integration of mentally disable attendees of this institution, Paulo Antunes became a certified sponsor of the VALORIZA project. Contributing with more than donations, we chose to integrate the people who are part of this institution by joining their activities and facilitate their presence in the community.
Education Responsibility
Paulo Antunes established a long-term relationship with the University of Minho (Universidade do Minho), the Lisbon School of Design, and the Polytechnic Institute of Viana do Castelo (Instituto Politécnico de Viana do Castelo) to welcome students in their internship the last months of their bachelor degrees. Later these students can become employees and start their future.
The ATIVAR program, developed by Institute for Employment and Vocational Training (IEFP - Instituto do Emprego e Formação Profissional), provides a strict relation between companies and the recently degreed. Paulo Antunes is proud to welcome and introduce young people into the labor market.
The Oficina programme was developed by Paulo Antunes to promote the continuance of the craftsmen techniques. Paulo Antunes wishes to invest in the training and qualification of all of those who want to become professionals of our industry. Any can start as apprentices and develop a career, regardless the age or gender. Learning with our Masters will provide tools for anyone to develop skills and taste for these arts.
